Bringin' the Big Easy to Camas
Cajun and Southern Style Cookin'
Low Country Brunch

Our Story

Tim and Melissa McCusker met in New Orleans. While on a post graduation trip from the University of Vermont, a chance encounter brought Tim and Melissa together and the rest, as they say, is history.  Tim garnered a considerable amount of experience cooking low country cuisine during his tenure in the south. Melissa and Tim lived in New Orleans for several years after they were married working in some of the busiest and most popular culinary destinations.

Low country cuisine

Miss Nolas is about bringing the taste of Low Country to the Pacific Northwest.  Cajun, Creole, and Southern flavors are the inspiration for the menu.  It’s about bringing a taste of the Big Easy to Camas. Cocktails like the traditional Hurricane and Charleston Mule are available to guests.

The restaurant itself has a warmth to it that if very enticing to friends and families alike.  The walls are decorated with pictures of the McCusker children, keepsakes from New Orleans, and gifts that people have brought back from Mardi Gras.  It’s a restaurant where everyone truly does know your name.  While we welcome and enjoy the 1st time visits of customers, it’s the relationships that we build with regular and community folks that truly make it a special place.

Hello Friends,

The new year brings many changes for friends, family, and business. Due to the rising minimum wage, we at RTM Enterprises Restaurant Group will begin implementing a 5% “Hospitality Charge” on all checks. This will go directly to non-tipped employees.

Implementing this charge will help our restaurants, Feast316 and Miss Nola’s Café, especially members behind the scenes, receive adequate compensation for the work they do to make your experience the best it can possibly be.

Please feel free to adjust your tip accordingly to include the 5% Hospitality charge.

We have many fun and exciting things planned for the upcoming 2017 year and we can’t wait to share them all with you.

Thank you for your continued support and business.

Tim and Melissa McCusker
