Our Seasoned Chicken Breading is made with seasonings that delivers an intense flavor. This breading provides a light, delicate coating which compliments the flavor of the food. One Container will bread 15-20 pieces of chicken. This breading can also be used on minute steaks, pork chops, tenderloins and vegetables .
We Recommended using a Name-brand dipping coating (real butter~Milk ) and a drip of hot sauce for an extra great flavor. (Yummy)
Does it have to be Peanut oil?
Peanut oil has a neutral flavor that won’t compromise the flavor of the chicken. Canola oil would be my second choice.
How to tell if the Chicken is Done.
Chicken is done when golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Depending on the size of the chicken, dark meat takes about 12-14 minutes and white meat takes 8-10 minutes.

The Fish and Shrimp breading mix you can prepare a crispy, decadent meal of delicious fried fish or fried veggies (such as mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, deep fried crab + seafood and more). To complete your mix you can also make a delish HushPuppy mix with the batter. The Fry Breading was the best to use when we was open in the restaurant .The seasoning mix is a flavorful combination of flour, cornmeal, cornstarch, salt, pepper, baking powder, baking soda, garlic, onion, Old Bay Seasoning, cayenne.
