EASY TO MAKE: Just add water. Seriously. Just add water, whisk your batter, and pour onto your lightly greased griddle. Then sit back and enjoy the light, fluffy taste in every single bite.

Little Mr. Crab directions; Mix 5oz (3 cups ) Cool Water -2 Cups) 1. Add total amount of water in mixing bowls. 2. Whisk until batter is blends. Do not over-mix 3. Cook pancakes on preheated griddled at 375’F for 1-1 1/4 minutes each side.
Waffle directions; For 5 oz. batch , 3 cups of pancakes mix with 2 cups cool water, 1 tbsp vegetable oil , and 2 eggs. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron and cook until steaming stops (about 3 to 5 minutes).
APPROXIMATE YIELD:
5 oz. Batch
20-25 2-inch pancakes
18-12 2 1/2- inch waffles
